How to Make Canadian Lobster Roll - Recipes

In this article, I will be teaching you how you can make Canadian Lobster Roll. Am not from the East Coast Canada but I so much love sea foods.

So let's start with the ingredients to make a delicious 😋 Lobster Roll.


LOBSTER ROLL INGREDIENTS:-

3 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized chunks
¼ cup + 1 tbsp real mayonnaise
1½ tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
1 green onion, finely chopped
Some iceburg lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
3 toasted sausage rolls or hot dog buns

Steps In Making CANADIAN Lobster Roll:-

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the chopped lobster meat with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, salt and pepper. Put the mixing bowl into the fridge to chill for about 10 minutes.
  2. When assembling the lobster roll, toast the buns and butter them if desired. Place some lettuce leaves into each of the buns. You can make it in a little boat shape with the leaves when you  place them into the buns, so that the lobster meat filling stays inside better. On top of the lettuce, spoon some of the lobster meat filling.
  3. Now if you have any intact claw meat, make the sandwiches pretty by inserting some claw meat. Then s prinkle some green onion slices over the sandwiches and serve.
